What is IACET?
The International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) is an internationally-recognized non-profit organization dedicated to setting and maintaining the highest possible standards for continuing education and training. Together with their network of experts, IACET develops benchmarks and rigorous standards for continuing education classes that must be met in order to receive IACET approval. As a result, students can be assured that PeopleKeys has met the standards for IACET accreditation to deliver the best learning experience available.
“Our strategic mission is to promote IACET standards as a benchmark for quality program delivery. IACET Authorized Providers are an elite group of educators dedicated to quality in continuing education and training. Consumers trust IACET because they know that Authorized Providers must follow the ANSI/IACET Standard for Continuing Education and Training and have been thoroughly assessed by a third party.” –Kristopher J. Newbauer, President of IACET
Why IACET Accreditation Matters
IACET is the only standard-setting organization approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for continuing education and training. The ANSI/IACET Standard is the core of thousands of educational programs worldwide. In addition, IACET Accredited Providers are the only organizations approved to offer IACET Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
In order receive Accredited Provider status, PeopleKeys completed a rigorous application process, including a review by an IACET site visitor, and successfully demonstrated adherence to the ANSI/IACET 1-2007 Standard addressing the design, development, administration, and evaluation of its programs.
PeopleKeys has pledged its continued compliance with the standard, and is authorized to use the IACET name and Accredited Provider logo on our training materials. In addition, PeopleKeys is now linked to the IACET web site, and is recognized as offering the highest quality continuing education and training programs.
“Our partnership with IACET is a demonstration of our commitment to lifelong learning and high standards for all of our programs. We are proud to be a part of such a prestigious organization, and to stand with an elite group of organizations that offer excellent continuing education and training programs.” –Sandy Kulkin, PeopleKeys CEO
